This item is supplied on a reconditioned exchange basis. When you purchase it, you’ll need to return your original unit to us. This means there will be two shipping charges—one for sending the replacement to you, and another for returning your unit to us.
To ensure the original unit is returned, a surcharge equal to 50% of the product price will be applied. This amount is fully refunded once we receive your unit.
Both the return shipping cost and the surcharge are included in the total shipping charge shown at checkout.
